Ivy Vainio

Ivy Vainio is a direct descendant of a Grand Portage Band of Ojibwe tribal member. Her work has been featured in several gallery exhibitions, permanent collections including The Tweed Museum of Art, and national and international publications. Her photography includes portraits, nature, landscape, and public events. She has a passion for photo-documenting Ojibwe and diverse cultural events in the hopes of helping educate the public and preserve cultural ways for future generations.
