Wendy Savage is an enrolled member of the Minnesota Chippewa Nation, Lake Superior Band, and Fond du Lac Reservation. She eared a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Her Masters degree in Education through the College of St. Scholastica is in progress. Ms. Savage is a multicultural educator, consultant and independent curator of the art and artist of the Ojibway culture. Her experience in teaching spans all levels. Her own works of art have been displayed and awarded at both local and international levels. She works both as an artist and advocate to ensure the preservation of American Indian art forms and exhibitions.
